On Wednesday 27th February, children and parents from Reception to Year 4 dressed in their pyjamas to attend an exciting reading event at Temple Grove Academy.

The ‘Bedtime stories’ event began with captivating storytelling from a talented actor followed by a drama activity, hot chocolate, and yoga.

Special thanks to the National Literacy Trust and Royal Victoria Place for sponsoring the event and funding every child to receive their very own bedtime story.

Temple Grove Academy will hold a further event on Tuesday 2nd April for children and parents to raise engagement and promote a love of reading.
