Latest Covid Guidance

6th  September 2021

If your child has symptoms of COVID-19, please ensure that they and other members of the household isolate and inform the school of this.

Do – then – immediately order a PCR test. If the result of the PCR test is negative, they and other members of the household can stop self-isolating. If the result is positive, they, other members of the household and close contacts should isolate for 10 days after the onset of symptoms.

If your child has a positive result on a Lateral Flow Test, they should contact the school, isolate and order a PCR test. If the result of the PCR test is taken within two days and negative, they and other members of the household can stop self-isolating. If positive, follow the same steps as within the first paragraph.

PCR test can be viewed online through the NHS Test & Trace website.
Should you have any questions, please contact the school office and please be cautious of all eventualities.
