Message from the School Senior Leadership Team
It was absolutely fantastic to welcome all of the children from years 1 to 6 back to school yesterday! All of the children returned looking very smart and wearing a big smile! The younger children in particular did ever so well in finding their new classrooms and settling in so quickly.
It was also lovely to have a whole school assembly for the first time in what seems like forever! Having all of the children together is something that all of our staff have greatly missed.
Walking around the school yesterday was a great opportunity to witness the wonderful classroom environments and learning behavior’s of all of our children. This is in no small part down to the hard work of all of our teaching and support staff, so thank you to all involved.
Star of the week assemblies will begin next week but we are unsure yet as to whether parents can attend – this will be communicated in due course.
Please check that your child(ren) comes home with their class curriculum maps. These tell you what the children will be learning this term, as well as various other bits and pieces, such as further learning opportunities at home. Please find a digital copy on the website under Curriculum.
