Obama Class
Mr D Miles
Obama is our Year 5 class. It is the first class in our upper school.
In Year 5, pupils are expected to be independent, organised and responsible. They are offered opportunities to lead and represent the school at external events. Pupils are expected to demonstrate the school values at all times (with occasional reminders).
Children in the upper school have developed the skills needed for independent learning and study. Staff guide and prompt pupils as needed but they are expected to take greater ownership of their own learning.
