Year 6 have been looking forward to this trip for months! After a short journey through the Suffolk countryside, we arrived here safe and sound.
After a very noisy night, we woke up on Saturday to a lot of rain and a disappointingly large number of children who came away on the weekend without waterproof jackets or even long sleeved shirts. Tons of activities throughout the day including canoeing, trapeze, archery and more. The children were exhausted by the end of the day and all slept well.
More rain! Morning activities include canoeing, archery, fencing and raft building. The rain will not stop us! It got a little better in the afternoon for BMX, raft building and the fantastic All-Board - imagine 4 children all standing on one tiny little platform, while trying to turn around, all while 50 feet in the air!
Sunday evening was space hopper football!
Of course it's sunny finally as we were leaving! 2 sessions, Jacobs Ladder, Rifle Shooting and Giant Swing, before our last lunch and then departure. The kids were exhausted but happy and their only complaint was that it wasn't longer
More photos will be uploaded soon ( done July 12th)
